How is Coaching for players developed?

We develop this work by analysing the weaknesses and strengths of each player in order to enhance those aspects of the player that can improve their development. Our sessions take place individually. We work around the player’s demand to improve specific points or general aspects of psychology in competition.


Punctual sessions

Check those aspects of your performance that you want to improve and once they are completed, you will be closer to your goals. Sessions marked by specific objectives following the SMART model, the PASE emotional control process and the analysis of strengths and weaknesses.

Continuous work

Develop your skills in a more continuous way by working on the events that happen throughout the season. For continuous seasonal work, a session is usually recommended every 15 days.

The main objective of the work is to get a strong acquisition of skills and emotional management tools working directly on situations. You, as a player, will be able to improve your performance being aware of your self-control.
